Born From Necessity
LitigHate was established after our founders witnessed firsthand how hate crime victims were routinely failed by a system that lacked the specialized legal expertise to pursue their cases effectively. Too many cases were dropped, dismissed, or never filed at all.
We built LitigHate to close that gap. By focusing exclusively on hate crime litigation, we have developed a depth of expertise that generalist firms simply cannot match. Every attorney on our team has dedicated their career to this area of law.
